Well, it’s a done deal. We’ve moved over to the PodShow network! The feeds all stay the same for the show, and if you click on the logo in this post, you’ll be taken to our PodShow site.

I feel that PodShow is a great fit for the show, I’ve thought about this long and hard. And read, and researched, and compared, and stalled. On the surface doing a podcast may seem easy – grab a microphone, start talking, and upload a file. But it does get more complicated, expensive, and hard to advertise. With some hard work and a bit of luck on my part, PodShow can help me with some of that!

After checking out the SCRAPcast site on PodShow, I highly recommend signing up for a free account and creating your own profile, and ‘digging’ other podcasts and video-podcasts (they are all free too). You can set up a blog, put up your Flickr picutres, find other people that like the same types of shows you like. SCRAPcast is listed in the family catagory with some other great shows (and friends of mine) like Bedtime Stories My Kids Love and Podsafe Christmas.  Listening seems easy enough, you can play the shows directly from their website or get the RSS feed link and subscribe just like you (hopefully) do now!  If you already subscribe to SCRAPcast, no worries, the information is the same – so you don’t have to do a thing! Let me know what you think, the downloads seem much faster for me!

Oh, I just had to say this… we got our promo played on Adam Curry’s Daily Source Code today (12/22/2006).  I thought it was pretty funny, but maybe it’s just me!?
